1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers)

We offer a 14-day, full money-back guarantee for all new customers.

  • This 14-day period begins on the date of your initial service activation.

  • If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason during this initial 14-day period, you may request a full refund.

  • Once your refund is processed, your access to the service will be terminated.

2. Policy After the First 14 Days

After your initial 14-day guarantee period has expired, no refunds will be offered.

This applies to all subscription fees, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.

3. How to Cancel Your Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on when you choose to cancel:

  • Cancellation Within the 14-Day Guarantee: If you cancel and request a refund within the first 14 days, your service will be terminated immediately, and a full refund will be issued (as described in Section 1).

You will continue to have full access to the service until your paid-through date, and you will not be charged again.
